Jessica Crate Oveson is a former Olympic level Elite Marathon runner with a pre-Medical degree in Biological Science and Psychology. She worked in the medical device and pharmaceutical industry before making a 180 switch to natural wellness and becoming an entrepreneur working to master the game of prevention! Jessica is a yoga sports performance instructor, a USATF Certified running coach and a public speaker sharing her passion on breakthroughs in human performance.
