EPISODE 6: “You’re Dying to be Perfect, What Now?”
Hello and WELCOME to the “You’re _______, What now?” Podcast!
I am your host, Marci Nettles. I have had a lifetime of opportunities where I had the choice to Breakdown or Breakthrough... did I always make the “right” choice? Nope. I did however find a way to continue moving forward until I was able to see there was a path through my chaos into joy. This Podcast may become your light in the darkness, as you listen to the stories of people I consider “heroes.” Each one had a point where they too had to choose to either Breakdown or Breakthrough!
In this episode you will hear Sandie Sado share her story of being trained as an elite athlete and all of the physical, emotional and mental strains that came along the way.
Sandie was trained to be a gymnastics Olympian star, during which time she battled eating disorders and body dysmorphia. She survived cancer twice and learned the secret to true health and fitness. Turning her struggles into her strengths, she discovered that fitness starts with a healthy mind and soul.
Sandie’s expertise in this genre guides others in unveiling their dark shadows and self-discovering the internal dialogue that may be sabotaging the ability to achieve their optimal health, success, and happiness.
Her philosophy is that inward fit begins in the spirit, using the mind to impact the body.
